All three agree on the draws: strong house-reef snorkelling, attentive service, an uncrowded feel, and a Premium all-inclusive covering a la carte and excursions; and on the weaknesses: a la carte tables are hard to book via the app, excursion times cannot be chosen, the buffet splits opinion, and there is a lot of seawall with coarse-ish sand. On Xiaohongshu there is also an 'everyone criticises it' narrative. It rebranded to Niva Dhigali around 2025.
